The Patriots golf team defeated Penn Charter, 6.5-1.5, in the first contest of the 2023 GA/PC Competition Cup and their last of the season. Playing on Penn Charter's home course, Huntington Valley Country Club, GA got victories from senior co-captain Ajeet Bagga '24 (1-up), Lucas Albert '26 (5-3), Will Irons '24 (1-up), Kiran Bagga '25 (2-up), Carter Radomicki '24 (4-up), and Sarah Cohen '25 (3-up), while Blair Mitchell '25 tied his opponent.

"This was a great victory for us," said Head Coach Dave Martin 1760. "We played strong across the board, even if we had to move a few leaves out of the way, and came away with the victory to end our season. It is always a celebratory time when we can bring in the first point of the GA/PC Competition Cup."

The Patriots finished the year as Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association runners up last week.
